Meetings

Pull commitments from Fireflies, Zoom, and Google Meet transcripts.

Overview

Meeting providers are merged — you can enable any combination. They are configured on the Clarion backend environment today. Tell your Clarion operator which tools you use.

Fireflies

  1. In Fireflies open Settings → Developer and create an API key.
  2. Provide FIREFLIES_API_KEY to your Clarion operator.

Note. Fireflies is often the simplest path when you already have a notetaker joining every call.

Zoom

  1. Create a Server-to-Server OAuth app in the Zoom Marketplace.
  2. Grant recording:read:admin (or equivalent) and enable cloud recording + audio transcripts on the account.
  3. Provide ZOOM_ACCOUNT_ID, ZOOM_CLIENT_ID, and ZOOM_CLIENT_SECRET to your Clarion operator.

Google Meet

Google Meet shares one Google Workspace OAuth client with Google Docs. Your operator sets GOOGLE_CLIENT_ID, GOOGLE_CLIENT_SECRET, and GOOGLE_REFRESH_TOKEN with Meet transcript scopes. Transcripts must be enabled for the call before it starts.
